All staff need to undertake mandatory and statutory training, new staff at induction and existing staff as instructed by your organisation.
Each course has an assessment and also have standardised pass rates of 80% & you’ll be given 3 attempts to pass.
A certificate will also be available for staff to save/print, if required.
