They describe the Community Promise made by Northumbria Healthcare and reveal the tangible benefits of uniting anchor activities under a cohesive organisational strategy.

In this webinar we discuss how measuring the impact of anchor action is vital for demonstrating progress and identifying areas for improvement, but it can be challenging to know how to do this. We will demystify the process of capturing and measuring anchor activity and impact by walking through some of the existing guidance and potential metrics that have been developed to support NHS organisations to do this. We’ll also hear about work in Scotland to create a local progression framework for use by NHS Boards across Scotland, and what the learnings have been from this process.

 Key objectives:

• Provide an introduction to anchor impact measurement
• Support participants to start thinking about how they might start their impact measurement journey - based on real world case studies
• Start a conversation about what support might help NHS boards in Wales to systematise their approaches to measuring anchor activity and impact moving forwards - in line with other reporting requirements
