This All Wales training resource will support Registered Practitioners to verify death in any circumstance and is applicable across care sectors and settings. The content has been developed by a group of senior clinicians from each organisation in NHS Wales, with support from Heath Education and Improvement Wales and 1000 Lives Improvement.
