Mandatory modules - What modules are mandatory

All the organisations have been sent up with mandatory requirements.  If you are still unsure you will need to contact your organisation for further advice.

Mobile devices - Modules not working on mobile device

Please check the below for your device.

For Safari Users

Enable Third-Party Cookies:

  • On Mac: Go to the Safari menu, select Preferences, then the Privacy section, and uncheck Prevent cross-site tracking. 

  • On iOS/iPadOS: Go to the Settings app > Safari > Privacy & Security and ensure Prevent Cross-Site Tracking is turned off and cookies are allowed. 

 Allow Pop-ups:

If the SCORM content opens in a new window, make sure pop-up blockers are disabled for your Moodle site, according to the settings in your browser. 

If You Still Have Problems  

Use a Recommended Browser:

Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are generally more reliable for playing SCORM content in Moodle.

Use the Mobile App:

If on a mobile device, the Moodle mobile app (available for iOS and Android) can provide a better experience than the mobile web browser, according to the Moodle.tcu2905.us website.
